American Society of International Law Arthur C. Helton Fellowship Program

Helton Fellowships provide financial assistance in the form of "micro-grants" for law students and young professionals to pursue field work and research on significant issues involving international law, human rights, humanitarian affairs, and related areas. The application deadline is February 13, 2009, but only the first 50 completed applications, submitted on-line, and received in full by the submission deadline will be reviewed.
