Please be aware that the judicial application process typically is accomplished over one year in advance, so don’t miss out on great opportunities by missing critical deadlines. 2L's will be applying during SUMMER 2011 for positions beginning fall 2012. Critical for 2Ls to attend!

Can’t figure out how to distinguish yourself in a sea of applicants? Come hear Ann Skalaski, legal recruiting consultant to top law firms, explain how, in a down market, law students can use different strategies to successfully market themselves. Skalaski was the assistant dean for career services at UF Law from 1991-1996. Before that, she worked at Holland & Knight, LLP as the director of attorney recruitment and as the firm’s first attorney development manager.

Are you interested in a judicial clerkship? The North Central Florida Chapter of the Federal Bar Association is teaming up with the Center for Career Development to host the Federal Judicial Law Clerk Roundtable.
This event will provide law students interested in judicial clerkships the opportunity to learn from the experience and advice of four current federal judicial law clerks about the application process and different types of federal clerkships available.
